4月25日，本年度第8颗超新星候选体

2016年4月25日，天气晴好，PSP正常观测，在23:00一批出图中，出现一可疑目标，由殷淑蕾、宋韦肇凰、张宓、李昂、沈洋、李言蹊、计成、聂迎滨、吕玉玺、蔡新忠上报，阮建高查验，计成测量并上报。

POSSIBLE SUPERNOVA IN PGC 2263191

 

Shulei Yin,Weizhaohuang Song,Mi Zhang,Ang Li,Yang Shen,Yanxi Li,Cheng Ji,Yingbin Nie,Yuxi Lv,Xinzhong Cai,Jiangao Ruan and Xing Gao, report the discovery of a possible supernova (mag approximately 17.4) on one 40-s survey image (limiting mag about 19.0) taken by Xing Gao in Xingming Observation Sky Survey (C42) around Apr.25.60477 UT. Using an unfiltered CCD ( + Celestron C14 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope D=356-mm @f/6.9). The new object approximately located at R.A.=06h 58m 54s.98 Decl.=+45 19 56.5 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 4.3" east and 2.5" south of the center of the PGC2263191.

Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on Apr.18,2016 (limiting mag 19.0), or on the DSS (POSS-II N) from Nov.03,1996 (limiting mag about 19.5).
