Gaia-linked High-purity QSO, Galaxy, and Star Candidate Catalogs in Selected Fields, Release 20260521-V5
This dataset contains Gaia-source-level high-purity candidate catalogs produced by the QSO Selection project. The release includes three main processed catalogs: QSO, GALAXY, and STAR, together with field-level subsets and a COSMOS QSO priority list. The catalogs are built from Gaia DR3 identifiers and astrometry, optical/infrared catalog features, spectroscopic labels from major surveys, calibrated model scores, and E(B-V)-binned threshold flags. The QSO catalog is intended for high-purity fiber-spectroscopic follow-up target selection in selected fields, not for all-sky QSO surface-density inference. The release also provides schema files, field counts, inventory tables, quality-control metadata, provenance fields, and checksums to support reproducible use.
