This conference highlights astronomical cooperation between China and Spain, with a primary focus on the landmark joint project CHORUS (Canary Hybrid Optical High-Resolution Ultra-stable Spectrograph), which is designed for Spain’s Gran Telescopio Canarias (GTC). At the same time, it will explore bilateral collaboration and present cutting-edge research achievements in time-domain astronomy, stellar and interstellar physics, exoplanetary science, as well as galactic and extragalactic astronomy.
