The Data for Correction of Star Catalog Positional and Proper Motion Systematic Errors for Natural Satellite Astrometry

Spatially resolved position and proper motion corrections for 17 historical star catalogs (AC, ACRS, ACT, AGK1, AGK3, FK4, Gaia DR1/DR2, GSC1.2, Hipparcos, PPM, SAO, Tycho-2, UCAC2/4, USNO-A2.0, Yale), derived by cross-matching against Gaia DR3 on a HEALPix sky grid (N_side = 64 and 256). Corrections include Δα·cosδ, Δδ (position) and proper motion offsets in RA/Dec, all referenced to epoch J2000.0. Intended for reprocessing natural satellite astrometric observations to remove spatially correlated systematic biases.
