This dataset provides a catalog of photometric metallicities for 367,324 stars of ω Centauri, derived from multi-band HST photometry. Data sources: The HST photometric data are taken from Haberle et al. 2024, with the F275W, F336W, F435W, and F625W filters used for photometric metallicity estimation. The reference sample construction is based on MUSE spectroscopic metallicities from Nitschai et al. 2023. Data contents: The catalog mainly includes stellar IDs, positions, photometric measurements and proper motions from Haberle et al. 2024, together with the photometric metallicities derived in this work. Data processing: We constructed metallicity- and absolute magnitude- dependent stellar loci using the reference sample, and applied them to a large photometric sample to estimate photometric metallicities. Quality tests show that the method achieves a metallicity precision of about 0.10 dex for giant stars and 0.22 dex for fainter dwarf stars. This dataset can be used to study the multiple populations, spatial mixing, and metallicity structure of ω Cen, and also serves as a reference model for estimating photometric metallicities from HST photometry.
