We identified 578 OB cluster candidates from the PHAT and PHAST photometric data. This dataset includes photometric images of all candidates in the 275 nm, 336 nm, 475 nm, and 814 nm bands. Additionally, we compiled the positions, extents, and corresponding PHAT and PHAST regions of these candidates into a table, which is stored in an Excel file named: *M31_OB_cluster_catalog.xlsx*.
