Focusing on the international frontier scientific challenges of dark energy dynamical evolution and the Hubble constant (H0) tension, this meeting brings together leading experts from China and abroad specializing in large-scale structure surveys, supernovae, cosmic microwave background (CMB), strong gravitational lensing, and gravitational theories. Through keynote presentations and discussions on non-consensus topics, it systematically investigates the origins of discrepancies in observational results—whether arising from systematic errors, methodological differences, or potential new physics—and distills key scientific questions and a roadmap for future observations. Following the meeting, publicly accessible academic resources will be produced, along with policy recommendations for relevant management authorities, to support China's foundational science strategy and the development of major observational facilities.
