The Einstein Probe (EP), an international space mission launched in January 2024 and commencing operations in July 2024, is revolutionising our understanding of high-energy transient phenomena in the universe. Equipped with a state-of-the-art "lobster-eye" panorama X-ray monitor and a highly-sensitive follow-up X-ray telescope, EP has already provided unprecedented insight into a wide range of cosmic events, including the discovery of a mild relativistic jet from a supernovae lc, a tidal disruption event around an intermediate mass black hole, the prompt soft-X-ray emission of a high-redshift GRB, and more elusive previously unseen types of X-ray transients. These pioneering discoveries have opened new frontiers in time-domain and multi-messenger astronomy. To showcase EP's early scientific results, explore their physical interpretations and significance, and foster collaboration both within the EP Science Team members and with other collaborative teams, we are pleased to announce the conference on the First Scientific Discoveries from Einstein Probe, to be held on October 27-30, 2025, in Beijing, China. This conference will also provide a valuable forum for EP users to share experiences in analysing EP data and to offer feedback on EP science management and operations by interacting with EP SMC members, STP chairs/cochairs and the members of the EP Science Center. The topics will include: Mission, instrumentation & science operations Extragalactic fast transients Supermassive black holes (TDE, AGN) Compact objects in the Milky Way and in nearby galaxies Multi-messenger & multi-wavelength astrophysics (synergy with GW, neutrino, UHE gamma-rays, FRB) Observatory sciences, including stellar flares, galaxy clusters/groups, supernova remnants, solar system objects, and more. We cordially invite EP science team members, members of collaborative teams, and other EP users to join this event!
