  • article-nadc天文学家在LAMOST数据中新发现135颗O型星
    近日，国家天文台李广伟副研究员在LAMOST光谱数据中筛选出209颗O型星，其中135颗是最新发现的。这是迄今为止利用单一光谱数据库，一次性新发现银河系O型星数量最多的研究工作。
    在这之前，最大的具有光谱信息的银河系O型星星表（Galactic O-Star Catalog; GOSC），仅有590颗O型星，且这些O型星是人类近百年来累积发现的总和。
    ，这就导致了我们很难找到大质量的O型星。
    星，将会增进人们对O型星的星风和星周物质的盘等理论研究有重要意义；该成果中还包含一些较暗的，处于银河系外旋臂的O型星。
    另外，把LAMOST发现的O型星与前人公布的光谱数据比较，还发现了一些呈现光谱变化的O型星。
