该系统可为会议设置订阅提醒功能，点击订阅后，该会议相关信息可添加到本地日历。系统还支持中英文自由切换，更方便学术交流与合作的开展。

有意向购买GTC观测时间的个人或课题组，请在2024年9月30日下午17:00之前将完整的观测计划书PDF发给我们（方玄fangx@nao.cas.cn、施建荣sjr@nao.cas.cn）。请注意： 提交GTC观测计划书的个人（或课题组）购买的是保障性观测时间，GTC天文台将确保大家获得观测数据；如果由于天气、仪器维护等原因导致提交的观测计划在2025A无法完成观测，GTC天文台会在后续时间择机观测 ...，以保障申请人购买的观测时长和数据质量。按照GTC天文台要求，中国每年可购买的GTC观测时间最多为20小时；因此，中国在2025A购买的总时长最好不要超过10小时。请有意购买GTC观测时间的个人或课题组对各自的观测计划进行合理、细致的设计（单个proposal要求的GTC时间最好不超过3–4小时），尽量选取最具科学意义、最适合用GTC观测的源。
