1. Accommodation

Xingchen Tianyuan Grand Hotel

We will arrange hotel accommodation for all participants based on the information submitted in the registration form. Please update your registration details before the deadline if you need to modify your booking. After registration closes, if you still need to change your booking plan, please contact the hotel directly by phone : 0854-4830888.
The room rate is CNY 300 for a single room and CNY 338 for a double room. 

2. Transportation

We will provide shuttle bus service between Guiyang Airport and the official hotel for participants on October 27 and 31.

Tentative schedules (Beijing Time):
October 27: 15:30, 17:30, 19:30
October 31: 12:30, 14:30, 16:30

Final details will be announced in due course.

We highly recommend all participants to take the shuttle bus to the conference hotel. The hotel is approximately 155 kilometres from Guiyang Airport, and public transport is very limited.
