EP/WXT Simulation Data

The EP team has just performed a simulation for a one-year all sky survey as conducted by the Wide-field X-ray telescope (EP/WXT) aboard the satellite. The simulation mimics the equipment's capture of high-energy transients like Tidal disruption events (TDEs), short gamma-ray bursts (SGRBs), high-luminosity long gamma-ray bursts (HL-LGRBs), low-luminosity long gamma-ray bursts (LL-LGRBs), high-redshift gamma-ray bursts (HZ-GRBs), supernova shock breakout (SBO) as well as the point sources and diffuse emissions provided by ROSAT sky survey. Also the bright sources monitored by MAXI have been taken into consideration.

The simulation data can be visualized and browsered in the website. You can also check the detailed simulation description below.
